My question is you force the bike rider to wearing air bag jacket but what happen if the rider fall from the bike for the first time and the air bag jacket already been used at that time... So can he continue the race without the air bag jacket because the air bag jacket only work once only... Race in this kind of situation not same like motogp...motorcycle Rider at paris dakar rally offen to fall many time but they still can continue the race.... So how the organiser see this problem

I like the new rules. That's how marathon rallies should be: not only pure speed from start to finish. But the rule about not working on theire bikes during the stage is a bit too much.
